Why use this tool?

Why use this tool?

Typing a heart on a normal keyboard is hard. Most keyboards only give you a few emoji, and text hearts such as β™‘ are buried in symbol menus. This page puts them in one place, so you can copy one with a single tap.

Text hearts and emoji hearts

Some hearts are text symbols, like β™₯ and β™‘. They take the color of the text around them and look almost the same on every device. Others are emoji, like πŸ’– and πŸ’œ. They keep their own color, but their design changes between Android, iPhone and Windows. A few marks, such as ❦ and ❧, are leaf-shaped decorations that people use as dividers.

Using hearts in bios and names

Paste a heart before or after a name, or between lines of a bio. If a heart shows up as an empty box after you paste it, the app font does not have that symbol. Go back and pick another heart from the list.

Frequently asked questions

How do I type a heart symbol on my keyboard?

Most keyboards do not have a heart key. The easiest way is to copy it from this page and paste it where you need it.

Why does the heart show as a box?

The app or game you pasted it into does not have a font that includes that symbol. Try a different heart, for example β™₯ or β™‘.

Can I use these hearts in a game name?

Sometimes. Each game has its own rules for symbols in names, and some remove them. Paste the name in the game and check the preview before you confirm.

Is this free?

Yes. You can copy as many hearts as you want, and you do not need an account.
